Not sure what the meeting is about in front of the Brownville School.

Mrs. Velera Thrasher holding her hand up and Hill Windel? seated at left and to his left Mrs. Clarance Simpson? and to her left Mrs. Langston? and Mr. Langston? on the far right. Mrs Barton? on left back seated. I am only guessing who these people are so if you know for sure let me know.
Look at the autos. One looks like a '37 or '38 Chevy. Not sure about the other one but older for sure.
